Rule bot

I was reading the rules for a server I just joined and then I thought about how Im always afraid to break the server rules and end up interacting very little. I think a bot that alerts users that they have broken a server rule would be usefull, lets people fix their own mistake rather than having someone else point it out. If any part of this does not make sense than let me know I will reiterate.
