Account was deleted without warning or reasoning

my account was disabled after jokingly saying i was 12 and someone reported it. I have sent multiple emails in the past month sending them the verification needed and being completely ignored. until TODAY i was checking my pending friends and found out that my account was deleted. I checked my gmail and had no email regarding the matter?? what the hell discord. ur management is poor. AND GUESS WHAT. when they did decide to reply, it was a bot message so when I did send the verification photo it just sent auto messages... I had nitro for like 4 more months on there, do i get a refund or just plain air without my account back.
