Warnings before a ban
I believe a warning before a ban should be added why because alot of users are banned for not following tos when it was not that big of an issue for example on my other account i was in an old server that was about anime and they changed it to nsfw posting stuff they shouldnt have but i was not aware of this because it was all the way at the bottom of old servers i was in then i received an email saying i was banned for not following tos and being involved in a server that posted nsfw so Please add a warning i was banned and lost contacts to alot of peeps i talked to my account is still disabled and every time i contact support its the same email over and over u did not follow tos please also add a real person in support instead of an automail.

Discord thinks they are allmighty and no longer needs their user base. Mark my words, they keep this up, and this will turn out EXACTLY the same as another dead company, called MySpace...

Discord does already have a warning system for small ToS offense that they believe that the user could correct themselves, however, for large and severe ToS offense, the Trust & Safety team would usually skip the process of warning and immediately terminate the account, usually not allowed to make an appeal.
However, since 2022, they appeared to have implemented a new temporary ban system according to a Reddit post, so there is a chance that permanent bans would be less likely to occur in the future.

Since WHEN is MISINFORMATION a CRIME! My account was disabled by trust and safety within minutes of sending an email over a topic that was not discussed on discord.
Trust and Safety refused my appeal.
Trust and Safety upheld the so called violation.
Trust and Safety refused to give ANY evidence as to what post I made on discord that was a violation (There was NONE).
Trust and Safety blacklisted my account used with discord so I couldnt contact them at all.
Trust and Safety went and deleted my account a few days ago.
To date, i STILL CANNOT contact support directly with the email that was associated with my discord account, and I consider my account to have been STOLEN by discord trust and safety themselves.
