how do i see if discord's replied to my ticket?

I emailed discord about 3 days ago asking to get my account back as it was disabled for ''promoting the usage of auto bots'' although I've never used one and it's quite literally impossible for me to download one on a school computer. so I'm just wondering how I can see their response to my ticket as well as what email I'm supposed to use to email them?
