Identity verification/authentication has a bug

Since a while now, I get the message "You must verify your identity by phone before you can send messages in this server" (where in the past I was already identified). Then proceeding with the phone identification I get the error: "An existing Discord account is already using this number. Please remove it before it can be used with a new account." I cannot post anymore.

  I thought I had an account but apparently I don't and I cannot get one I quit running me around in circles 4 hours now and I still can't get an account I've asked for help but I do know how to delete so I have
