[Suggestion] Ability to limit friend requests per server

This feature would work exactly like the permissions to direct message (DM) someone would. Under the privacy settings when you click it on a server (image 1), currently it only shows the DM settings (image 2). My suggestion would make it so that there would be another switch/label underneath it for friend requests. There isn't much else that I can explain but I do think this could be very useful for some people. Thanks!

  I was actually about to suggest this and it would VERY useful for gaming servers especially cause of the Steam phishers sending friend requests
