so my account I own since 2016 got hacked and the guy who hacked it been attempting to use the credit card in it

this is the account I own but it got hacked by this guy the original name was enos#0601(I can give you multiple usernames and # number that I used to on this account) I contacted discord its been two days since I emailed them (I got an answer from the general help team but the trust and safety team I still did not get any reply) the guy created a new account under my email and somehow got it verfied(I did check the activity and the history of my browser(the activity on my email) just to be sure I never verified anything or whatso ever) and the autobot did email me that I should remove the email on that account but I dont have the ability to do so further more the account itself have a chat log where it have my accounts to other things including chat log with my partner/family which is really senstive I asked them to disabled the account until the problem is resolved but apparently as u can see the guy is still online now im not sure how many accounts does he have bvut I did change everything I own and put a 2fa on everything now im not sure if this guy got through my gmail account without me knowing and bypassing the 2fa on google just like discord and I dont know what to do at this point if anyone can help or anything please do ... this discord has an early badge and its been only 20 days since I bought the 1 year discord nitro even if the account get deleted I dont care as long as that person does not have it (just a reminder if I didnt mention it and if my english is just bad I can provide invoices and recipts from the email or paypal or even a credit card I dont mind it at all)

    Bro, same issue here. A request came from one of my friends to playtest a game that he is working on. Now i knew this guy and had some history behind so i trusted it. It turns out what i downloaded was token grabber.

    I assume his account got hacked and he had no way of telling me so I fell for it and the hacker is probably doing the same to other people. I told my friends and family to block me just in case.

    7 year old account that i don't even want back honestly. I don't think i could trust security of compromised account of any platform.

    Had my PayPal and debit card linked as well but i quickly froze it and reported it stolen and got replacement.

    He then created account using email address that was originally on the hacked account. I only got please verify email address email which i am not going to verify because i am not stupid.

    Contacted discord twice since the hack which was on 4th. In my dms with family and friends we had everything Bro. Names, pictures, pictures of our cars and motorbikes with licence plate visible, pictures of ourselves, picture of our house, when I was hosting minecraft server i shared my public ip address so there goes that too, email addresses, actual house address and phone numbers.

    I mean he probably has enough data on me that he could open up loan or phone contract and ruin my excellent credit score.

    And if that happens i will sue discord for providing private Information to stranger, ruining my credit rating etc etc. Infact I can already make a claim because already discord failed to protect my private data.

    the situation been going on since second of January I asked for discord to disable the account still no actions were taken I submitted two tickets regarding this yet still no reply that is actually doing anything now I've been on discord since 2016 just because some dude hacked my account now I lost that account which has literally 6 years of my life now I don't know how this system works I approved that I own the account told them I got token grabbed sent receipts eent from the original email and everything yet still the guy is still on the account acting like he owns the account like what is this system ?
