I have been locked out of my account for 3 weeks

My account (imcjay#1972) i was locked out of 3 weeks ago, I downloaded some stupid file someone gave me and they have changed my email. I have tried to get in contact with Discord so many times by submitting a request and they respond asking for my details which i give and then they never reply. Please can someone help me out for this?

    Once discord locks out your account, they outright REFUSE to reinstate your account, and in fact will delete your account after 4-5 weeks. They did that to me today for the crime of MISINFORMATION! And whats more, they outright refused to give any evidence whatsoever as to what the offensive post was that was made on discord at the time!
