Group/Categorize Servers by tags

I'm in several servers atm, and it would be so much easier to keep them straight if they could be categorized. For instance, I'm in a few servers for (1) gaming, (2) fandom, and (3)financial. I would like to arrange them into the appropriate tags, preferably custom, similar to one's Steam library.
