my account was hacked by the infamous "test my game" hack

I'm pretty gullible to fall for it but my account Jonah☆#3195 was stolen, and so was the token, and i am pretty upset about all of it now, I messaged discord and they seem to be taking a long time or were no help at first but i just want to keep at least emailing them or find an easy and safe solution to recover it

since the hacker set up 2FA i cannot reset the password and do anything about it unless i seek help

my account has nitro and is a member of 80 servers, i don't want to lose it all.

    i hacked from (frog_jump.exe )!!!  Go and lock all your bank cards...
    When you make nitro boost, you cant delete the card...
    Now all time caming message in my phone for steal money
    we wait the discord team.. :)

    Discord couldnt care less. They are more concerned with disabling accounts, and deleting them after 30 days. Report the matter to your local bank, and open a case of fraud against discord should ANY money dissapear from your account as a result of discord being unable (unwilling more like) to help with your problem.

    I'm having the same troubles. Got hacked on the 27th of last month, and I'm still waiting for an update.

    Report the matter to whichever bank you are with, you will not get any help or support from discord whatsoever.

    Sorry to necro your post but i'd like to update that 2 years from this post discord is the same and doesn't really have anything in place to protect you from this sort of thing. Currently experiencing the same thing but luckily i was able to isolate this support.discord account from the discord program login somehow so i can at least still see my tickets and the sort i submitted.

    Garnorix its not isolated. The hacker changed your email on your main account then created a fake account under the original email. They do this to trick discord support.
