Make default booster role appear before server boost.

As almost every server has, boosting a server gives you specific perks which are decided by server owners and vary. Now, the default discord booster role, is a good role, but the only problem is that it does not appear before someone boosts the server, therefore disabling our ability to make booster perks. The role not appearing does not give that role specific perks like imagine perms, access to boosters chat etc. If discord improves its API and this role will be a default role which will appear even before anyone boosts the server, it will be great.
