Panicking - Been more than a month and issue not resolved through support
So, my account phone number got locked since I tried using it to make a new account, and I haven't had access to my main account (which is a Discord partner btw!) for MORE THAN A MONTH! I have been going through loops with Discord Support, and nothing has been resolved. I just open a ticket, I reply to it, then it just sits there.
If anything, my issue is now worse because they accidentally deleted my account instead of lifting the suspension lock.
I have been high stress and panicking this whole last month and a half because I manage many servers and I am a server owner and have responsibilities I can't do without my account, and permissions that no one else has.
And, I work on Discord, so my job has been directly affected. People are relying on me.
Anyone else having issues with support getting back to you?

I have in fact. Main also got deleted. And I commited no crime on the discord platform at the time my account was disabled for so called 'misinformation'. I had my account disabled within minutes of sending an email, and it was deleted a few days ago.
Support is completely non existant, as all we get is bots that answer with completely useless answers, or a support staff that is not capable of answering beyond standard copy and paste replies for EVERYTHING! What they also do is blacklist your account so you cannot get an appeal through to support. The only time you get a reply is with a non blocked account, and when you try to appeal from there, they tell you to use the email that was registered to the discord account. Only it NEVER works as the appeal doesnt even go past the support page on your pc.

I agree, they need to hire more support staff. This is ridiculous, it's not like they don't have the funds to do this. The more I read, the more I'm shocked at how egregious the support system is.0 -
Had a third account banned because I would not accept no for an answer, and kept trying to get answers from a support staff that is completely hostile, and refuses to answer any questions, and keeps closing every ticket I open. Discord staff are ALL thieves and scammers. And it would not suprise me if most if not all the nitro scams are coming from the discord staff themselves at this point.
