My account has been wrongly disabled with no email.
My account (frenchyfry#9113) says it’s been disabled and I haven’t gotten an email. I haven’t violated TOS either and I’m over 13. There’s really no reason for it to have happened and I’m very confused and upset. Support still hasn’t gotten back to me.

Another account disabled for no reason. First, check your spam folder in case the discord email landed there. Two, I would suggest contacting support. But they reject all appeals as a matter of routine these days. And if you are not so lucky they blacklist your email so you cannot open subsequent tickets.

They said I “violated terms and conditions.” Unfortunately I didn’t get the initial email (I’ve checked spam) so I don’t know what I did. It’s upsetting but not the end of the world.
