Card cancelled, account disabled.
My main account was hacked 12 days ago and the hacker bought 4 or 5 nitro gifts with the card that was attached to the account. My bank asked me about the transactions and asked if they were unauthorized. I, naturally, said yes, as I didn't make those purchases. My card was cancelled and the problem was "solved". Fast forward a bit, I was able to get my account back, as the hacker gave it back to me. The hacker seemed to be done with my account, as I believe they were just there for the card attached to my account. Just to add, I messaged Discord Support about my hacked account and they were of no help. One human email was sent to me, and the rest were bot emails. Today I got the message that my Discord account was disabled due to one or more chargebacks. I see some problems with this, such as how Discord Support never mentioned anything wrong with the fact that my card was cancelled, as I mentioned it in my email. And my bank asked me about the unauthorized payments, so what was I supposed to do, claim that they were, in fact, authorized? Does anybody have any tips on information I should give Discord for proof (other than the obvious) or a general idea on whether this will go my way or not. Thanks!

looks like the only option is a class action lawsuit now. as discord doesnt seem to want to listen to reason, much less common sence when dealing with problems with users.
your account was compromised, the bank thought it was fradulent with regards to the nitro purchases, you took action and the bank reversed the charges and cancelled the card. you notified discord of the fraud that took place using your account, and bank card. far as i am concerned its an open and shut case, you did what steps was reasonable.
discord however has decided to disable your account, and punish you for having had your account compromised and your card used to purchase nitro fraudulently. justice is about protecting the victims, and punishing the guilty. Seems like the inverse is happening now with the way discord is handling your case. they are protecting the fraudsters, and punishing the actual victim.
