[Feature Suggestion] Add a system where roles under you cannot move, deafen, mute, or disconnect you.

Being an owner of my server I do have a problem where some of the staff want to try to abuse the move, deafen, mute, or disconnect feature. Thoe it is all fun and games for the most time. when we have a lot more admins or staff later on, I do not want this to become a problem if we have any problem staff that want to actually abuse it.
