Account disabled

ALUCARD
i found out, the reason my account was disabled is for me "confirming im underage" which im not, im 16 and i already send an appeal, the account is ALUCARD#7777, im just curious, i never said im was a minor and i already send proof that im not

    i did contact the staff, i know you guys are busy, but shutting down my account for no reason is kinda odd, im waiting till know for the staff reply, i bought things on that account

    This system is a piece of Cropp. My friend (26 years old) was banned for the same reason, there has been no response from the support service for a long time. Apparently, this is a mass phenomenon. If you are planning a lot of bans, make sure that the support team responds faster.

    It is useless to contact support. They NEVER respond. And when they do, it is with a bot that says that the account will not be reinstated, and will in fact be deleted. No explanation given as to what the offense is, no evidence or proof given, no warnings, no strikes, no nothing. Just straight to ban hammer for EVERY offense.
