Make a way that staff members can edit other messages by another user

like it might make like (eg. a staff member made a mistake on a post and he's offline, another staff member can edit the message so he can fix the proplem)

  the reason is that if staff members can edit other users' messages, they can abuse this and make people say things they never did.
  
  There are people who will hurt others for joy.

  DeadBot is absolutely right. Messages can be edited by a bad mod, and the post is reported, and the person that had his message edited by the bad mod is banned from discord.
