someone uses my mail on discord

Hi, when i decided a first time to authenticate with my mail, i was faced up thet the user Deniss_5643 was using my gmail on Discord last couple of years , then i reset a password of his account via MY mail . How can i protect my account rights or rights for my gmail on Discord maybe ?
