Hacked account. Been waiting almost two weeks for support

My account got compromised and the hacker changed both my password and email address on it. I got an email back from Sir Dante saying he was going to escalate it to a team member, but from then on I haven't heard anything. Am I going to get my account back? Is this really normal?

    Discord doesn't give a shit about you. It doesn't matter how much money you've given them or how important your account was. They won't read your ticket. You won't hear back. The account belongs to the hacker and it will forever. Leave Discord. This place is unsecure and the company is evil.
