Can’t change the verification level of my server.

Every time I click a different verification level, it doesn’t show that it’s selected but it shows a save button in the top right corner. Every time I click save though, it acts as if i never clicked it and the only way to make the save button go away is to click the cancel button in the top left corner and the cancel button works?????? I’m really confused and just trying to make a safer server.
