Phone verification issue

My main account got hacked cause i goofed when moving an exe. My fault. Shot an email to discord and haven't heard back for over two weeks. Decided to use my alt, and upon sending a single image to a user, got tagged for suspicious activity (i don't have a phone number to use to verify so i emailed discord about that one as well, been over a week and no reply). Made a new account and upon sending someone the words "happy birthday", got tagged again. I think discord's security system is a tad bit busted.
