Need help with Channel Lock

Hi! I'm setting up a Discord server for the community I'm looking to build (please refer to the image), and I'd like some help in organizing the server. I'm not sure if I shall need third-party features (bots, etc) or if Discord has a native way of allowing what I have in mind:

I am setting #welcome as the landing channel wherein a user who accepted the invite will be welcomed and instructed to head to #rules. The #rules channel will then display the message containing the house rules for the server which the invitee must agree to for the #find-your-role channel to unlock. Once the invitee selects a role from those stated on #pick-your-role, certain text and voice channels will be unlocked.
