False Report

Recently a friend of mine that owns a discord server with about 4k members got reported by a bot with the accusation of being younger than 13 years, yet she is over 18 already, which resulted into her account getting blocked/restricted and might get her account deleted. She tried messaging discord support with her id and discord nickname, but discord told her that it isn't sufficient information. What should she do to recover her account back and punish the people that did it.

    my friend accidently filed me for false actions because of a different person but similar name so he reached out to me and told me this I am freaking out I'm trying to make sure it doesn't get susbanneded please help!
