Why Is Discord's Support So Bad?
Our admin has banned like 6 months ago and I tried to send emails multiple times but I don't think they are reading my emails? Do you guys have any experience doing something like this before? Or getting back a server crown is impossible?

The Discord Support team manages many requests per month, and at times, they may fall behind "schedule." If your admin was banned and has not received a reply, it may be because of two reasons:
1) They did not provide enough information
2) The reason was already stated and made clearUsually, Discord doesn't unban users that are already banned. Thus, not answering ban-appeal requests.
Regarding the server crown, if you're talking about the (Owner Crown Symbol) beside the owner's name in a Discord server, it can be fixed. If the symbol does not show up beside the Server Owners name, it means you have roles in your server with administrator permissions.
Server Settings > Roles > [Any role (not bot roles] > Permissions > Scroll down > Disable Administrator Permissions
To change this, go to your role settings and disable administrator permissions for every role that has it enabled. Note that bot roles won't affect this feature in any way. Once you've disabled all administrator permissions, refresh Discord, and the (Owner Crown Symbol) should show up beside the owner's name.

Lmao, I forgot to write my problem. We are just trying to get back the crown of our server from the banned account but discord doesn't care about it. I wrote multiple emails in English/Turkish to Discord Support as the feedback I get they are seeing my emails and they gonna do something about it. At the first, I thought it taking a long but when I tried submitting a Crown Transfer request in the same hour they are rejected my second request so they are seeing and rejecting it.
