Please be aware that because the hacker has access to your account, they can also log into your help portal stuff and reply/close your ticket. That's what they did to me. If you still have access to your account change your email & password asap and add additional security measures to your account. Refresh your backup codes, too so if the hacker grabbed those they aren't valid anymore.
