Disabled Account Appeal Help

So im trying to appeal for a disabled account under this one. I keep getting stuck with the response that I need to be under the email that the account was under when requesting the ticket, but if I can't log into it, how am I suppsed to do that? Submit a ticket while not logged in? Please help. I have 10 days or so left. Thanks.

    same thing happened to me, and i was blacklisted so i cannot reach support as well. any attempt to submit proof that i am the owner of the disabled account, is met with the appeal account being disabled as well, they actively refuse to help me, and i consider my account to have been stolen by discord by now.
