Hacked account

My account got hacked and sold to someone else I even escalated this to trust and safety and sent a ticket as well and its been 2 days already this is unaccaptable that someone can change my 2fa without me not even knowing on my mail. I'm in need of urgent help on this case.

    Man I've been waiting for over 2 weeks now, still no support or a ticket response has been given.

    But if you make a ticket about you canceling nitro on your hacked account, you get a response within 1 hour.

    The support here is bad!!!!!

    kippenpoot does it work well to talk to staff to get a response for the hacked account ?
