Someone bought my account and keeps closing my tickets

So I got hacked. I contacted support immediately and when they couldn't give me my account back, I asked for its deletion.

Now the account got bought and the person trying to sell me my account back showed me that he went to each ticket and said "problem resolved, don't delete, cancel ticket" and they're all flagged as "resolved"

I think they can because they haven't changed the mail address either?

I can't see their status on my side because well, they're on the hacked account I have no access to.

I obviously sent a mail back on my ticket but like... Isn't that completely stupid?

Once I confirm deletion shouldn't it be final? I'll keep mailing support everyday if I have to but is there anything else I can do?

The person trying to sell you the account is almost certainly the person who broke into it. Discord accounts don't have any monetary value. The attempt to sell you your own account back is nothing more than digital ransom, and the reason they're attempting to "sell" it to you is because you're the only person who values it in the first place.

Outside of continuing to contact support, there's not much else you can do.
