Profile Picture Resizing Option

The ability to resize your profile picture already exists on discord, why not make it a button in the profile editor.

I'm sure we've all had that moment where the image in our profile is either a little too small or large, and after two uploads discord may limit our ability to re-upload an image, even if it's the same thing.

so why not add an option to that feature.
