My Account was disabled

My account was disabled for sending scam links. I accidentally clicked a scam link that send the same link to my friends. I want my account as it was not my mistake and it was the first time such a mistake happened. So I wanted to apologize and kindly ask them to give me my account but I tried asking many times, always Clyde is replying. What should I do? I wanted to make them know it was not my mistake... It has been 3 days and it will be deleted in 14 days. Please help
