Account Disabled for TOS Violation

My friend's Discord account (FinalxNinja#2826) was disabled not too long ago, apparently due to "TOS Violations". He had his account for over 5 years (made in Feb. of 2016, and was disabled in May 2021) and only violated the Terms of Service ONCE (in which he wasn't aware that what he did had violated the Terms of Service. Does Discord (compared to other social media platforms) not do or give a three-strike system (or something where the punishment gets worse instead an immediate termination)? When he tried to respond to the Trust & Safety member via Email to sort things out, they ignored him and within a month, they disabled his account...

  Discord also bans accounts that didn't violate and TOS cause their system for some reason just thinks you are a spam account. No reaction on appeals. I am waiting for 2 weeks. Funny enough when it first happened they reacted within 4 hours and reactivated the account. People should move away from these companies.

  What did your friend do? I didn't do anything, and got marked as spam / got the account disabled.
