Account disabled
Hey, it's been 3 weeks in trying to get in contact with someone from the support. The account was disabled on the 25th of January and it's been 3 weeks and no one has yet to reply.
I tried making a new discord support account to submit a new ticket to which they replied in a day? Is there a way to actually get someone to look into my ticket, I've submitted a few, however only the activity changes and no one actually replies.

Same here, waiting 2 weeks. I don't think they care or will do anything at this point. The tickets probably are set to be ignored by default cause you after all violated the TOS. Guess the account will be deleted after a month and I don't think you can reuse the email and phone.

Same. But I don't think I violated any ToS! At least I'm not aware of doing so. Ended up making a new account... It's probably going to take more than 1 month to get a reply, and by then my account will be gone. Horrible customer service.

It must be an issue of switching connections via VPN. A friend uses the same VPN and constantly switches connections but his account is years old. Mine only a few months and I got hit 5 minutes after logging in the first time. So I guess the spam filter is cranked to over 9000 for new accounts and as soon as you move a muscle you are dead.

Luckily Discord was nice enough to re-enable my account within a week. Make sure you use the Trust & Safety category

We also contacted Trust & Safety And got nothing as reply!!
