Locked out of my account but being billed monthly...

So I randomly got logged off of my account, when I tried logging back in it asked me to verify with my phone number but it said my number wasn't recognised.

Then it asked for my backup codes, and I have no clue what I was thinking at the time, but I had never used the authenticator app when setting up my account, had been using backup codes. All the codes I have are outdated so there seemed to be no way of getting back into my account.

I tried emailing discord to see if I can verify by email and why my number wasn't recognised, but they're being completely useless telling me pointless rubbish and linking me completely irrelevant posts... I've gone back and forth but not getting anywhere.

My nitro is set to renew monthly with boosts, and I can't even log in to my account to cancel -How is this even legal??? I'm going to have to try speak to my credit card company to sort this out and hope it works.

But is there any way for getting back into my account?

    Sounds like a nightmare, speak to your credit card company, don't expect to get any help here.

    Only way to get back in is through the support, which you say you already tried.
