Yet another account disabled.

I just made the account to move off my old account in order to delete my old one, I had just finshed adding my friends and was in the process of adding my groups/servers I was appart of. Didnt even get a chance to post anything in said group before the discord system decided my account was not legit when I am a human verified it too many times >.>

The only thing I can think of is it kept making me get past the Human verifying robot each time I tried to add my groups, the third group I added it asked me to verify my phone for 2FA and when I did it logged me out and disabled my brand new account. As far as I know I didn't do anything against ToS, I merely was trying to start over on a new account so my abusive ex quicks stalking my name, gives him less chance to be able to block evade if he doesnt know my knew account.

Two tickets later still no resolve. On Appeal, the other a help ticket. No letter given as to why it was disabled, no notification, no explaination. I keep checking the status update on open tickets, it says when they are 'updated' or last active. Every so often it will reset the timer on last active so I am guessing someone has seen the ticket but cant fix it?

Just be honest with them. If you were using multiple accounts its against TOS i believe. If you use any strange programs or apps or auto dmers.. same thing. I heard being honest works best

I was honest, I am changing accounts to close my old account to get away from an abusive ex. I am not using multiple accounts as I am trying to close my previous one to open a new one. No strange apps, programs or otherwise. Don't need it for casual connections.

I wish being honest helped because according to their twitter page and the rest of the forum many other people are also getting verification blocked before getting disabled.

I feel you! I think what I did wrong to get disabled is use different accounts to invite people to my server. I saw alot of people in the NFT space promoting their servers through doing the same thing, and I thought it would be a nice way to do so. I did not know it was against the rules... I got warned once, then I stopped doing it, but then still got disabled. So I'm actually not sure what exactly got me disabled.. Its confusing and they dont tell you
