My account has been disabled for nothing and no one cares.

The owners of a server asked us to log in and ping the server. Me and my friend pinged the people on the server and then got banned. The owners of the server cursed and insulted us. then they must have reported us on discord. My account was disabled in the next days. I know it's not ethical to ping people, but when the server owners asked for it, we did it. I regret that I did. I sent more than 10 e-mails on discord but they were not interested. they only responded by auto message. In addition, I would like to point out that 1.5 years ago, I filed a discord complaint. My complaint was about someone. This person had cursed and insulted us and also threatened us with death. (In addition, he raided our server) I posted it on discord with message links and photos. discord hasn't taken any action against that person. It's ridiculous to go this far just because we pinged people. My account is 4 years old and I have not done anything illegal so far. I request that my account be unbanned or temporarily banned.

Thanks for being honest. Dont hide anything telll the whole truth. I basically was sending invites using multiple accounts and i got banned too.

Its against TOS. But problem was i did it once. I got warned and then i did it manually on only my main account and then got banned again. Shortly after i my girl made an account to help with my server.

I really need help and the company is not interested.
a totally useless ban.
only a warning or a temporary ban should have been passed.
Account deactivation is very serious.
If my ban is not opened, I do not think I will use more active discord. (or never use)

It's very frustrating that clyde only answers by auto message to my every question.
