Discord support is ignoring my problem for months! I'm opening tickets and nobody is helping, they only close the tickets.

I opened a bunch of tickets since December. Only once someone actually tried to help but it was not resolved. I still didn't receive any help.

here are the ticket numbers that I sent and they are just ignored by Discord staff!

    Hey, my issue is that I have 2 Discord accounts (one - old - associated with my phone number; and other one, new, with email), and I want to use only one Discord account (associated to my email), but I can't do it:

    My Discord account that is bound to my phone number (phone number only, no email) has become disabled. I want to log in to that account in order to delete the phone from the account and then bind that phone to my current account I normally use that is my email associated account.
    In other words I have old account that I used to log in with Phone number, and I also have second account that I log in to with email. I want to associate my phone number to my email account. I want to delete the old account.
    When last time I tried to log in to account with Phone Number it logged me in and after few seconds it disabled my account automatically. I can not log in back to it since then and it is already 3 months past/

    When I try to log in to account with my phone number it returns an error "Your account has been disabled".

    When I try to add phone number to my main account (the email one) it returns an error "Invalid phone number"

     

    Please help.

    I want to have the account enabled so that I can add other email to that account and delete the phone number so that I can put in that number to a newer account.
