My account got hacked and hacker enabled 2FA.
Title.
Is there possibly anything I can do? I've put in 2 tickets with the support team about it and have even dmed and replied to tweets of theirs on twitter with no response besides an automated one. The email associated with my account is the same but the password is different and I can't change it because as I said in the title, the hacker enabled 2FA.

same it's been like 2 weeks I made like 4 tickets no response all they sent to me is a bot

Yeah, same here. I've been emailing them for the past 7 days and they just keep giving me the same BS. I know they can disable my 2FA since others have gotten it taken off of theirs, so why can't I :/
