Block email from registration

Someone has been using my alternate email to attempt to create a Discord account several times now. I already have a Discord account with my primary email address, and will never use this alternate one to sign up. The attempted signups are fraudulent. Furthermore, this person is still somehow able to create the account, because at some point I end up getting a "Welcome to Discord" email, even though I never clicked the Verify link that was sent to my email address. This has happened three times now.

Therefore, I had been advised by Discord Staff to request a feature for a signup blacklist, which would prevent an email address from registering for an account, at least by standard registration methods.
