yo guys 

I used a VPN and opened discord then after 10 secs my acc got disabled 

I sent like 5 tickets waited 6 days no response and one of them was solved but no comment.

I did an alt then after than the day after I used a VPN and it got disabled.

To support my claim my alt got disabled when I was using a VPN, I literally was only in one server and 2-3 friends were added. 

please staff recover my account, I'm getting scared because after exactly 14 days my account will be deleted permanently. 

I have 300+ friends added over 25 great servers and owner of a discord server.

I don't want to go from the beginning, I can pay you money bring my account back

    Discord support is the worst support service I have ever ran into in my life. They either ignore you or send you a copy pasted response based on their limited documentation.

    If for some reason your issue falls outside these "parameters" they will most likely think you are lying and just ignore your responses. They may reply back, but you'll notice how they will have not read any of the details you shared and just sent the same response as before just reworded. 

    I wish there was an easy way to get attention to this, but they know they can ignore it as there no system of accountability.

    I'm going through the same experience.  No violations.  I also use a VPN for protection against tracking hackers.  It's been 5 or so days since I submitted a request to have my account audited as there is no violation.  I'm thinking we get louder and share our experiences with media outlets.  The lack of response from support is unprofessional, among other things.
