    They are just ignoring . I dont even know why i got disabled i never did anything against TOS

    Discord support is the worst support service I have ever ran into in my life. They either ignore you or send you a copy pasted response based on their limited documentation.

    If for some reason your issue falls outside these "parameters" they will most likely think you are lying and just ignore your responses. They may reply back, but you'll notice how they will have not read any of the details you shared and just sent the same response as before just reworded. 

    I wish there was an easy way to get attention to this, but they know they can ignore it as there no system of accountability.

    I'm going through the same experience.  No violations.  I use a VPN for protection against tracking hackers, which is the only thing I can possibly think of that may have caused my account to be disabled.  It's been 5 or so days since I submitted a request and no response. Don't expect any help from their "support" team. I'm thinking we get louder and share our experiences with media outlets.  The lack of response from support is unprofessional, among other things.

    I Gotta Agree, The Support Staff Of Discord Is Definetely Not Prepared Enough For Its Traffic. My Account Got Disabled, A 5+ Year Account, So Many memories, All Gone If I Dont Get It Back. Discord If Any Of You Are Reading This, po21po@hotmail.com / Valor#3716. Please Help, I Am Begging You.

    I'm having the same issue, I just want to know what I did wrong? If anything? So I can have the chance to correct it and move on. A perma ban for a 6 year account just out of the blue for no reason is insane. I've never had a problem until now, and I have no idea what I did wrong?!? Does anyone know what's going on? And yes, the exact email response from Discord that Naphat Sornwichai sent is the exact copy and paste response I receive from Discord. I pour my heart out in multiple different ways and here I am now going into the community. I don't know what else to do? I just want my account back. I feel like these responses from bots are insane. I keep sending request after request and I feel wicked ignored. At least give me a reason, an opportunity to defend and correct my mistake.... If there even is one? I mainly use Discord to talk to friends. This deactivation came at an extreme shock for me. Like...... please, I just want my account back.
