Account Wrongfully Disabled - 5 days and no response from support
My account was disabled 5 days ago. I received a notice with a list of "possible" reasons. None of the reasons listed applied to my account. There are no violations. I've asked my account to be audited as proof. Now, I do use a VPN for protection against tracking hackers, which is the only thing I can possibly think of that may have caused my account to be disabled. However, VPN use is not a justified reason to disable an account.
While I understand there may be numerous tickets support gets, that comes with the territory of running this business.
At this juncture, if I don't get an acceptable response and have my account reactivated, I'm planning to share my and everyone else's experience that I've read here with media outlets. I'd prefer not to, but I'm ready to do so if required. Wrong is wrong. Lack of response is unprofessional. Lack of proof is unacceptable.

After reading through quite a few of these requests things I noticed the main ones are based around using a form of a VPN for some reason and then being disabled. I personally was hot-swapping on a VPN trying to find a location that worked for Netflix with my friend on call and got disabled after a few mins. The whole support team summarised is just Clyde, I wasn't even given info as to why I was disabled and Clyde responded to my saying I broke TOS without trying to list a reason. So I guess VPNs are always bad, and if you're using them you're being a menace to society + illegal.
