Well there's manage roles which it's perms for moderator to create roles and give roles to someone and remove roles from someone and delete roles What about customize role perms it's not for moderator it's for normal members with it you can make your role and remove your role but you can't give it to anyone When you make your role you will have it automatically and you delete your role you won't have it automatically and you can edit your role But you can't delete roles that was created by moderator and someone else and you can't edit roles that was created by moderator and someone else You can only delete your own role Give this permission to server booster by default but for everyone you will have to enable it

  so you are suggesting granting edit access to the role that a member posses if he is a moderator?

  No, I'm suggesting customizable roles for normal members
  But that's good idea
