Account Hacked, 2FA bypassed, password changed and backup codes changed for 2FA
Very high level hacker. I can't reset my password, and Discord is taking ages to respond.
What do I do?
I had to freeze my bank as they were buying unlimited nitro.
How long will this go on for? What am I supposed to do?

cancel the card you have linked with discord so you can un freeze your bank account. also contact your banks fraud department. send them copies of your emails with discord support and by that i mean the ones youve sent showing that theyre not responding to you. with any luck your bank can get you your money back.

They've now deleted an entire server of 5000+ members which I have been building since 2019. God damn.
2 -
that's horrible. but that might be recoverable. were any people admin on it? if so they should try emailing support as they can get the server transferred to them

Yeah there were but they were all kicked. I was the owner you see.

oh i know, but ive heard of people being able to get the servers back in the past.

how can that be possible? what happened?
Did you get a message from one of your contacts, asking you to click on a link to get free nitro, right?0 -
Basilicsan64 no it was a legitimate discord account with the "checked" symbol, and a legitimate discord link to a legitimate site. They masked everything entirely, all I can deduce from this was that it was a high level hacker and not just a free nitro scam.

I'm dealing with the same thing, and about to have my server deleted.

Aoreka Yeah. I appreciate Discord is swamped with requests but their support system has been useless. 3 days and nothing back, although my ticket was marked as "solved" yesterday. The hacker is still on the account, I got no actual message from Discord, not even an automated one. Very disappointing and worrying that a big organisation can't handle serious safety breaches like this. Sites like YouTube usually respond within a day, sometimes within hours, but not Discord it seems.

I just got my first human saying to reply with the account email and the look on my face after I had already explained I needed my email changed back, I'd been hacked. Also had already uploaded proof of hack and that I was me.

How long did they take to respond?
-1 -
2 hours after I made an 8th ticket this time asking for owner transfer. Then poof.

How long since you made the first ticket?
1 -
20 hours. I'm just waiting on the usual week to go by. I know from experience it depends on the type of ticket. They care less about you getting hacked and more about billing and etc. For some it takes 69days to get a response. Maybe I should apply to work there.
Update: the marked most of them as solved with no reply.
