actually DO SOMETHING about racism/harassment in discord servers

How about Discord staff/support actually DO SOMETHING regarding racist chats in discord servers.

I've contacted discord support through the request feature MULTIPLE TIMES AND THROUGH TWITTER but haven't heard a single thing back from them and even after 3 days.. still NOTHING

meanwhile, i'm in a server where people are spamming racist emotes depicting me (an asian person) and other koreans in a very racist manner, yellow skin, slanted eyes, etc... btw this is against their TOS which states: "Don’t use the services to do harm to yourself or others"  ..this is clearly targeted harassment

 

it be REALLY cool if discord could act on this manner WITH A HUMAN STAFF MEMBER instead of just sending in their auto reply bot that does absolutely nothing

    Publicly posting this and fuming about it wont help you, and more than likely they (The members of that discord) are just laughing at this post if they've seen it. Report those involved, leave the server and block the people spamming the emjoi. Making public posts showing that you're upset only further incentivizes them to continue and what's more, does nothing to contribute to the resolution of your problem. Because this is a feedback forum.

    There's nothing about a bunch of strangers on the internet worth getting upset over.
