Favourites / Special Friends List

We should have a separate drop down box that contains messages that are from friends, or have a drop down list of 'Special' or 'Favourite' friends that you can add, to stop friends getting burried under other users, especially when you're a Server Moderator.

I have tonnes upon tonnes of users messaging me, and I lose my conversations with friends since they go far down a single column list.

  This would be a really nice feature to have!

  Just from a quick google, it's a shame that this is still not a feature after being suggested over 3 years ago.
