Problem with email promotion

And so, recently I had to leave my country for Germany, on the way I lost my phone, but upon arrival they gave me a new one, when I downloaded Discord and tried to log in, the application forced me to verify my identity because I was logged in from a different IP. I entered the correct mail and password, after which I had to check the mailbox, I enter the mailbox login, password, but then bam ... They ask me to look at SMS on my old phone that I lost and had a different number. And now I don't know how to get out of my situation.
