"Bypass Verification Level" permission for roles

Hello! It would be sick if one could require verification levels to apply even if a user has a role, by simply toggling this new suggested permission, "Bypass Verification Level".

Why would one want such a feature?
You see, many servers have a bot, which automagically assigns roles to newcomers.
This breaks the verification level system completely. Adding such permission to
"auto-roles" will reinstate the verification system that Discord provides us with.

As of what could be done right now - "auto-roles" could be given after the user's first message, although this is not a go-to solution for all cases.

P.S.: I know of this post, but it has a few flaws (most importantly, lack of control, which roles bypass the system), that are solved in this suggestion.
