Discord Support seems to be ignoring my support ticket and tweets
The reason I'm reaching out to support is that they wrongfully disabled my account, An account I've had for 3 years and spent hundreds of dollars worth of nitro on. Does anyone know why they still haven't replied? It's been 72 hours since I made the ticket and emailed them. They usually reply within 20 hours. This is an urgent matter, as in 11 days my discord account will forever be deleted and won't be recoverable.

I didnt know there was a timeframe to when disabled accounts get deleted. Mine was disabled for almost a month and i still got it back. Thats really weird though, for most regular users, they dont care at all, they'll get banned and then support ignores them or takes weeks to respond. but nitro users getting this kind of treatment? That almost sounds like a lawsuit tbh
