  I noticed that discord trust & safety have a lot of requests now, so you need to wait.
  Anyways, if you dont get respond, try contact help and support, and they can look into your request.

  did you submitted the request to trust & safety via their ticket? (https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000029731 ) 

  you need to select "Appeals, age update, other questions" -> Update my age information -> and then you need to send them your selfie with photo id
