Only allow DM while server is active.

Discord has some great tools for managing DM's already, but I think for people who use large community servers the ability to limit DM's while the server is not actively viewed would be a great security change. Alot of these large community servers, especially for games, users default to dms after initial communications. You could turn on and turn off allowing dms from a server to keep from receiving spam, but it is a chore. Hopefully something like this would be possible.
